Welcome

Dear Colleagues,

This is the official page to find information on the preparation, program, and outcomes of the NSF Workshop and Outreach Tutorials on Approximate Dynamic Programming (NSF ADP 2006). Building on the successful 2002 workshop, NSF ADP 2006 is using the support of two NSF directorates (Dr. Paul Werbos in Electrical and Communications Systems and Dr. Suvrajeet Sen in Operations Research) to bring together researchers in neural networks, artificial intelligence, control systems, and operations research. With NSF support, over forty renowned researchers and graduate students from around the world, most of whom are currently in North America, participated in this event. CONACYT Mexico supported over twenty Mexican students who also participated in this event.
