Program Description

The residential construction industry is booming, and there have never been more opportunities for beginning or advancing your career in residential construction management than now. This certificate program will introduce you to the essential core of residential construction management topics that will help you advance your career. Learn about these opportunities and how to become a valuable team member from recognized industry leaders. The program is specifically designed for those who have had only limited exposure to the broad range of knowledge required for success in the residential construction industry.

The program is designed to appeal to a broad range of professionals; builders, contractors, suppliers, sales professionals, realtors, appraisers, developers, lenders and those who would like to learn more about the residential construction industry.

Seminar instructors include faculty from the Del E Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University, along with construction leaders currently working in the construction management field.  This combination of ASU faculty and experienced professionals allows students to be exposed to construction management principles, emerging technologies and practices, along with the practical application of construction management.

When

The course begins Wednesday, March 21, 2007 and will be held every Wednesday from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm for 8 weeks, ending on May 9, 2007.

Modules will be held at the ASU Tempe Campus Urban Systems Engineering Building.  MAP

Cost

$1,500* (All 8 Modules) or $250*  Per Module

Please keep in mind, registration is not complete until payment is received. Registration in the program is filled on a first-come first-serve basis.  Payment can be made with either check or credit card.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing 14 days prior to program start and are subject to a $150 cancellation fee.  Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the start of the program will not receive a refund.
