This Excel simulator implements the comparison between
the decision rules of Collins et al. (2004) and the engineering-based
PID controller
for the hypothetical Fast Track parental function intervention
described in the Penn State
University Methodology Center Technical
Report 05-73 ("Engineering Control Approaches for the Design
and Analysis of Adaptive, Time-Varying Interventions").
