Electrical Characterization
The NanoFab laboratories are well equipped with general-purpose electrical
characterization tools for I-V, C-V and r.f. measurements. A Hall effect
measurement system is also available for extracting semiconductor carrier
concentration and mobility at temperatures in the range 77-300K.
