Capabilities / Expertise Research Focus The People About Us

ASU’s NanoFab is a flexible foundry, offering state-of-the-art device processing and characterization tools to individuals and companies who need occasional or recurring access to such facilities. We provide equipment and services for a full range of operations—from the wet world of biosystems and chemistry to the dry world of inorganic materials, as well as hybrid structures in between.

In March 2009 the ASU NanoFab joined the NSF supported National Nanofabrication Infrastructure Network as the Southwest regional node. As part of the NNIN we provide open access to the NanoFab laboratories and support external users. If you are not already a user of the ASU NanoFab please contact us to register and gain access to the facility.

The ASU NanoFab is affiliated with a number of Phoenix-area research and development facilities, including the Arizona Biodesign Institute (AzBio), ASU’s Center for Solid State Science and Connection One, a National Science Foundation industry/university cooperative research center focused on wireless technology.

Whatever your requirements—from single molecule fabrication to system on a chip and beyond—we are at your service. Browse through our equipment and processes in the Capabilities & Expertise section, review the credentials of our skilled support staff, and then contact us for more information or to schedule a project.
