The Engineering Internship Program strives to provide engineering students with hands-on work experience while also aiding local industries with skilled interns and recruitment opportunities.
Benefits to your company include:
- The opportunity to review an individual on a temporary basis before possibly making a permanent offer for employment.
- Minimum recruiting costs and no moving costs.
- ASU handles all of the paperwork: payroll, workers compensation, and other HR processes.
- Your job position is aggressively advertised among talented college students.
- Resumes are gathered, screened for academic standing, and supplied to the participating company.
- The company has full authority in selection of interns.
- Interns can assist with on-going projects and be hired upon graduation if company wishes.
