The Nanostructures Research Group is a collection of faculty, staff, and students working on research in the regime of ultrasmall semiconductor devices. The work focuses upon nanolithography, the physics of nanostructures and ultrasmall semiconductor devices, and the modeling of these structures and devices, and the study of VLSI implementations of novel device architectures.
The Nanostructures Research Group is a part of the College of Engineering's Center for Solid State Electronics Research .
